Usage

driver := &pq.Driver{}
driver = nrsql.Wrap(
	driver,
	nrsql.WithDBName("foobar"),
	nrsql.WithDatastore(newrelic.DatastorePostgres),

sql.Register("foobar-postgres", driver)
